Returns
Mercedes Hill wants you to be happy with your order, so we will make every effort we can to satisfy your requests.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. ALL items must be in brand new resalable condition with tags still attached and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Returned items will not be charged a restocking fee. However, if items are not in the original packaging, a $3 fee will be charged for each item. If you are returning an item, you will be issued a full refund minus your original shipping charge. This also includes orders that may have qualified for free shipping.

Items that were listed under "Inventory Reduction Sale!" may be exchanged for a store credit only.
Store credits must be used within 12 months after date issued.
Mercedes Hill reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet our requirements on the condition of the item(s).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first Contact Us to ensure the items availability. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. If the item(s) qualified for free shipping, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping charges to send the new item(s) back to you, along with a $5.00 restocking fee. If the item(s) did not qualify for free shipping, then you will be issued a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee only. After receiving your refund, you will then need to reorder the item from our site.

Shipping
We try to ship items within 2 business days of order placement. Orders over $75.00 qualifies you for free shipping, and applies to the lower U.S. 48 states only. Once an ordered has shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.

International Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of the continental U.S. We ship international packages via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Insurance is added to these shipments, and follows all USPS regulations for international shipping. If you place an international order, we may contact you about additional shipping charges before we process the order.
Please be aware that Pavlina Dadokov items are shipped from Canada and usually take 8-10 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping
Please contact us if you wish to have rushed shipping. Some items may come directly to you from the manufacturer, and may not have an option for rushed shipping.
